Ainlytx Mosaic
The embedded ledger and accounting module for the Ainlytx family. General ledger, multi-entity consolidation, multi-currency, fixed assets, leases (IFRS 16 / ASC 842), revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606), tax determination, JE anomaly detection, period restatement, hash-chain audit trail, and an auditor view-only portal — one ledger that talks directly to Cockpit, Tribe, Reach, Pulse and Vault.
General ledger
Multi-entity GL with intercompany elimination, period close, automatic posting from sub-ledgers, and a recurring-journal scheduler that handles accruals, depreciation, and amortisation.
Multi-currency & consolidation
FX revaluation, hedge accounting, and period-end consolidation across entities and currencies. Restatement workflows for prior-period adjustments without breaking the audit trail.
Fixed assets & leases

Sub-ledgers & bank recon
AR / AP / inventory sub-ledgers with auto-post to GL. Multi-bank, multi-account reconciliation that re-uses the Vault matching engine — same engine that handles a 10 M-row bank reconciliation handles a 200-row one.
Tax & tax recon
Tax determination at posting time (GST, VAT, indirect), with a tax-reconciliation workspace that reconciles the GL tax control account against the tax authority filing.
JE anomaly detection
Automatic flagging of unusual journal entries — Benford-law deviations, round-numbers, weekend/holiday postings, debit-equals-credit reversals, backdated entries, round-trip detection.
Hash-chain audit trail
Every posting is hashed into a tamper-evident chain — auditors can verify any historical period in seconds, with no chance of silent back-dating. Append-only by construction.
Auditor portal & bulk import
External auditors get a read-only portal with hash-chain verification, sample selection, and PBC tracking. Bulk JE import via Excel or REST API for migrations and adjusting entries.

Postgres RLS
Every tenant-scoped table has Row-Level Security policies enforced at the database. Application bugs cannot leak data across tenants.
JWT & SSO
Short-lived JWTs, optional 2FA via email OTP, SAML / OIDC SSO with Azure AD, Okta or any standards-based IdP. No shared service accounts.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest with Google-managed keys (CMEK optional). TLS 1.2+ everywhere in transit. GCS direct upload with V4 signed URLs.
Per-table grants
Lakehouse access is granted per user per table — never inherited from project membership. One-click rotate & revoke; no grace period.
Audit trail
Every grant, login, file action, approval, and data API call is logged with user identity and timestamp. Immutable for the retention period.
Data residency
Storage region pinned per deployment. Default: India (asia-south1). Configurable for EU and US. Data does not leave the chosen region.
